These Terms describe the general business terms for working with YIDI Apparel, a custom clothing manufacturer based at Room 502, Building 5, No. 60 Longyan Industrial Road, Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. By requesting a quotation, sample, development service, or bulk production order from YIDI Apparel, buyers agree to communicate order requirements clearly and review all production details before approval.

Company Scope

YIDI Apparel provides OEM and ODM apparel manufacturing support, including sample development, pattern adjustment, fabric sourcing, trims, labels, tags, packaging, garment washing, bulk production, quality checking, and shipping coordination. Our services are intended for fashion brands, startups, boutiques, ecommerce sellers, wholesalers, and companies that need custom apparel manufacturing.

Quotations

All quotations are based on the information provided by the buyer, including product category, design reference, fabric, color, size range, construction details, logo artwork, label and packaging requirements, order quantity, delivery destination, and requested timeline. Prices may change if specifications, materials, quantities, exchange rates, shipping methods, or production requirements change.

Samples and Approval

Samples are developed to help buyers review fit, fabric, construction, workmanship, color, branding, and packaging direction before bulk production. Buyers should provide clear feedback and written approval before production begins. Bulk production will normally follow the approved sample, confirmed size chart, bill of materials, artwork files, and written order details.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed per order. Custom sample fees, deposits, and balance payments may be required depending on the project. Production schedules usually begin after the required payment, confirmed specifications, and approved materials are received. Bank fees, currency conversion fees, and third-party transaction charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate product information, approved artwork, logo files, label details, packaging details, size charts, shipping information, and compliance requirements for the target market. Buyers should also confirm whether their products require special testing, labeling, import documents, or market-specific legal compliance.

Intellectual Property

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that designs, trademarks, logos, prints, graphics, labels, and branding materials supplied to YIDI Apparel do not infringe third-party rights. YIDI Apparel may refuse production if a project appears to involve unauthorized brand use, counterfeit goods, or intellectual property risk.

Production Tolerances

Custom garment manufacturing may include reasonable tolerances in measurements, fabric color, fabric hand feel, print placement, embroidery position, wash effect, and manual sewing. Specific tolerance standards should be confirmed before bulk production when required by the buyer.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Production and shipping may be affected by fabric availability, buyer approval delays, courier delays, customs inspection, weather, holidays, force majeure events, or third-party logistics issues. YIDI Apparel will coordinate with buyers to provide practical updates when delays occur.

Limitation of Liability

YIDI Apparel is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate buyer information, unauthorized artwork, customs delays, third-party carrier delays, local import rules, resale performance, or changes in buyer market demand. Any claim will be reviewed based on the confirmed order documents and evidence provided.
